Retreat Assistant, Carl Harris

Hi my name is Carl.

I’m so happy to be onboard with Christina and this amazing retreat.
I’ve had a connection with nature my whole life growing up in some of the most beautiful parts of Australia , spending time with the first Australians up in Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory.
Finally after spending time in the hustle and bustle of Melbourne I made my way back to the countryside of the south of WA and found a beautiful connection with Christina.
My journey through direction found me coming along to the amazing retreat with Christina.

I can say without a doubt that the retreat enabled me to trust and believe in my purpose and that is to become a clearer conduit for communication with our animal friends.

As a bonus I’ve realised that my journey isn’t just with animals but to help and guide others into this amazing spiritual journey.
It is my soul goal to improve my connection with Mother Nature and to help others gain that connection with our animal friends along the way.

I invite you to trust in the souls pull towards this retreat and expect miracles.

Iona Buntain

I have been teaching yoga for 5 years, completing my yin, post + pre natal, children’s, teens and 500hr yoga teacher training. My yoga classes offer are a very mindful and wholesome experience, open to all levels, I teach a Hatha based practice with slow, strong and grounding postures throughout to to obtain a greater awareness of both mind, body, breath and soul.

Throughout the years practicing and teaching yoga, I have seen great change amongst both my students and myself and also those that I have worked alongside. In our current fast- paced world, creating that safe space to really feel into our emotions, our physical body and observe our mind and breath is so therapeutic and so important for our health, wellbeing, confidence and happiness. My passion is more focused to a trauma therapy based practice, and also assisting in alleviating students stress, depression, grief and anxiety.
